RAISING THE GAME.

Accessible, confidence-building sports programs designed for kids—and the families raising them.

WHO WE ARE

The Sport Collective was built with one simple belief:
Every child deserves a positive first experience with sport.

For many families, sport can feel intimidating, especially when a child is young, new, or unsure. We created TSC to change that.

Our programs are designed to be:

  • Accessible

  • Age-appropriate

  • Inclusive

  • Confidence-building

We focus on helping kids feel safe, capable, and excited to move their bodies long before performance or competition ever matter.

WHAT “RAISING THE GAME” MEANS

Raising the Game isn’t just about sport.

It’s about:

  • Raising confident kids

  • Raising access to quality programs

  • Raising the standard for how young children experience sport

We believe sport should meet kids where they are; not rush them, label them, or leave them behind.

That’s how we’re raising the game.

Our Team.

At The Sport Collective, coaching is more than instruction. It’s about creating a safe, positive first experience with sport.

Founders & Lead Coaches

TSC is owned and led by Connor, Shawna, and Adam, who are actively involved in programming, coach development, and on-the-ground delivery across our sports.

But we don’t stop there.

Our Coaching Team

For every program and every sport, we recruit additional coaches and helpers to ensure kids receive the attention, encouragement, and support they need to thrive.

All TSC coaches:

  • Are paid (we value coaching as skilled work)

  • Receive training and onboarding

  • Follow progressive, age-appropriate lesson plans

  • Are supported with curriculum grounded in childhood development

  • Understand age-specific milestones and learning needs

Consistency You Can Trust

While individual coaches may change from season to season, our standards never do.

Every coach, whether they’re leading a session or supporting a small group, delivers programming built around the same core principles:

  • Confidence before competition

  • Development before performance

  • Fun, safety, and inclusion first

Our Commitment

We believe kids deserve:

  • Coaches who are prepared

  • Programs that make sense for their age

  • Environments where they feel capable, supported, and excited to move

That commitment is constant no matter the sport, the season, or the coach.
